What we Offer

 

Professional 9 – Piece band, consisting of Drums, Bass, Keyboards, Guitar, Vocals, Percussionist and 3-piece brass section.

 

A performance of no less than two 45-minute sets

 

Full P.A and light system, operated by a dedicated Sound engineer. Various sized sound systems are available for any sized event (ranging from 3kw, upwards of 10kw).

 

We can also provide suitable pre-recorded music, before and after the performance.

 

All other necessary instruments, microphones, amplifiers and equipment necessary for the show will be provided by the band and/or sound engineer.

 

Band will be dressed in appropriate stagewear for your event. Suits can be worn, should this be required.

 

Special requests: The band may consider learning a specific song for your event, but at least 6 weeks notice must be given prior to the event.

 

What we Need

 

There are a few details that must be considered before booking the band for a certain venue.

 

Firstly, it is important to make sure that there is room on the stage/performing surface. We will require at least 5 x 4 metres of space in order to set up.

 

There must be at least 2, preferably 3/4 13amp power supplies within easy reach of the stage.

 

We would politely ask that water be available for the band.

 

Suitable changing room must be provided.

 

Sufficient time must be allowed for the band to set up and sound check their equipment. It is strongly advised that this be at a time when the venue is vacant of all guests.

 

All bookings will require two contracts to be signed, one for and on behalf of the band, and another by the employer. All details discussed will be included in the contract.
